Hello!
My name is Kim Nielsen and not to long ago I was VERY overweight!
Actually, with a BMI of 34.72, I was considered obese. In fact my wife used to lightly tease me by asking things like “When is the baby due?”, “Have you felt it kick yet?” and so on (of course she was referring to my large gut). My being obese was a result of a sedentary lifestyle of working in front of a computer all day, coupled with minimal physical activity and frequent overeating.
Back in July of 2005 I had just simply had it with being fat. I decided one day that I was completely sick of it, and it was time to do something about it. I immediately took action by doing research on what it would take to drop the pounds, followed by taking specific steps to accomplish my goals. In a very short time I made changes in my life that enabled me to get the results I wanted very quickly. I lost 50 pounds of body fat and to this day I have maintained my weight loss. Furthermore I still continue to work towards getting and staying as fit as possible.
This website is designed to help you accomplish the same thing I have, PERMANENT weight loss. I built this website because I truly want to help as many people as I can lose weight and keep it off for good.
